First you need to download Documents App
from AppStore on your iPhone iPad (iOS)
Now open files app
And click on (My Files)
After click on + (Plus) icon
Now click on ‘Add From iOS Files’
Now open folder where is you stored 7Zip or RAR File in files app
In my case I have stored 7Zip and RAR file in ‘Downloads’ folder
We need to add this files in documents app
For adding just click on the file
now our File is Added in Documents App
Once again click on File which do you want to extract
Congratulations our file successfully extracted
Now if you want to add extracted file in files app
Just click on 3 dot
Now scroll upside
After click on ‘Share’
Once again
Scroll upside
After click on ‘Save to Files’
Now choose a folder where you want to save your extracted file
